We visited an orphanage while on this trip, as a matter of fact each of us had to teach a class. 

For me, I introduced myself to the class, to each student because I wanted them to know that I wanted to know their names and then the class collectively wrote a poem.

This was a really moving part of the trip.  We get so caught up in our day to day lives and sometimes we forget to look back and reach back to communicate and help those going through different challenges than we are.

This was a reminder that we’re all in this world together and time and an ear can sometimes be the most valuable thing we share with others!
