Day 1 as an account manager: the onboarding session lasted 1.5 hours, and I think I’m going to enjoy this role. The amount of learning, and the trade secrets the CEO is willing to share, feels invaluable. I came in expecting it to be overwhelming and possibly not for me, today that assumption was challenged.
I know first impressions don’t always last, but I wanted to capture this moment, the excitement, the gratitude, and the quiet relief I felt while listening and learning. It almost felt like a prayer answered. A reminder that new beginnings are not always as intimidating as we imagine.
