Have created a space in clubhouse , where I invite people to sit for 10 minutes in silence. The timing is 6.00 am and 6.00 pm Indian Standard Time every day. Since people in other parts of the world, find it inconvenient , another session each day at 6.00 am Eastern has started from yesterday.
I now intend to create a Notion template for people to do a quick capture of their 10 minutes each day. Also looking at Roam Research for capturing the daily journal.
