The Kind of Person Who…

We often talk about the things we want to do or how we want to be. It's more constructive to decide that you want to be the kind of person who does [insert action]. For example, I want to be the kind of person who trains jiu jitsu every week. This is actionable in a way that I wanna do jiu jitsu just isn't.

So the next time you find yourself wishing that you were something different or doing something different, rephrase the wish to explain what kind of person you want to be.
