Did the first pass of cleaning. Paid a lot of attention to the centerboard. Before removing it, it barley moved. Now it's nice an smooth. While I had the centerboard out, I took that time to install new front hiking straps and shock cord on the center board.

New this year will be a Windex on the top of the mast and a level installed in the cockpit. 

Next step is to rig the boat on the trailer and install in the jib sail.
