Not really, this is old school cheesy-phishing of the genus phishicus egregious classicus. I present it here for humor value only. The old scams seem to never die.
Just a thought - while there will always be some amount of this kind of chicanery present in the human race, I think there would be a whole lot less of it if we all had "enough". I don't mean like fancy material stuff, I mean above-basic-level reasonable comfort. I like to think that most people wouldn't try to make money off of others' foolishness and naivete if they didn't feel they had to.
