Looking to lose some weight

In the winter holidays I jumped on a weight scale and I was terrified to discover that I reached over 90 Kg .. for my 1.72 cm height, this was a lot. So I tried to do something about it since then. But 3 months in 2022 and I've only reached 85 Kg, losing only 5 Kg .. because I can't seem to keep the exercises and get into a routine that will enable me to go to my ideal weight of about 72 Kg. I'm looking at apps and programs, food regimes, etc.

I'm hoping that this year I can get to where I need to be, and also feel more active and energetic. Kinda wrong to set this goal 3 months (usually it's done on new year's eve, right?) but better late then never.
