Stacked is now FREE

I'm delighted to announce that Stacked is now a FREE platform, which property developers can use, to raise the funding they need, to grow their portfolios. Not only that, it can also be used to manage your entire team and portfolio.

Yes, you read that right.

No trial. No subscription. No limits.

When we first launched Stacked back in October 2020, we made it our mission to support property developers, with their wealth-building efforts.

I know from personal experience, how hard it is, to get a property investment business off the ground.

I also understand the challenges involved with scaling a property business, to the point where it requires a great team and system, in order to run efficiently.

It was in an effort to meet these challenges, that I first decided to create Stacked and to this day, myself and the team use Stacked every day to run and grow our own property investment business.

I have experimented with various business models over the past few years, in an effort to find the best way of delivering maximum value to our customers.

Having operated a subscription model for the past couple of years, I have come to believe that this is no longer the right approach.

There are a number of reasons for this but the main one, is that I don't want to put a barrier in people's way, particularly if their business is at an early stage of development.

I'm also mindful that we all suffer from subscription overload these days and the last thing most of us need, is another direct debit payment going out each month.

So how will Stacked make any money, I hear you ask?

Well, there is one thing, which has remained constant, ever since I first had the idea to create Stacked and that is my commitment to continuously improving the platform.

Thanks to a lot of hard work this year, the functionality is now in place, for property developers to run mortgage and bridging loan applications through the platform. This means that Stacked can generate revenue on the back end, when these loans successfully reach completion.

The important thing to note however, is that none of these funds will be coming out of our customers pockets.

The other key reason why we're able to remove all subscription fees from Stacked, is because we have not brought any external capital to the business and have thus retained full control, when it comes to strategic decision making.

We are focussed on delivering maximum value to our customers, with the chief goal of ensuring that the maximum number of deals reach completion, as this will allow us to generate commission revenue, on the back end.

This approach constitutes a win / win scenario, as it aligns the success of our company, with the success of our customers.

Thank You all for being part of the Stacked community.

Through our relentless efforts, to continuously improve the platform, we will continue to support your wealth building efforts, in ever more powerful ways.
