Throwback to this summer's inaugural Stacked event, which we held at WeWork's flagship location in Central London.
It was amazing to bring members of the community together, so that we could share knowledge and support each other's wealth building efforts.
Howard Bowes delivered a fabulous keynote presentation, in which he talked about creative finance and deal structuring.
One of my key learnings from his presentation, was the power of planning gain, particularly when secured between exchange and completion.
He also talked about adding multiple layers of value to a deal, in order to create higher profit margins and thus gain significant competitive advantage.
We received great feedback from those members of the community, who were kind enough to come along and support the event.
I look forward to hosting more events during 2024, so that we can bring the community together and leverage our collective knowledge, experience and connections.
