More writing

One of my categories for my 2022 goals is Personal Development. Within that Personal Development category, I've decided to write more in 2022. I don't exactly know what I'll be writing about but going forward, I'm going to write a few (100-300) words a day and post them here.

Like I said, I have no idea the topics - I'll probably workout some sort of content calendar but for now, It's just going to be whatever I feel like for the day. These will be unedited and filled with grammar and spelling errors but I really don't care at this point. 

To start, I'm documenting my 2022 goals below:

Part I
====
1) Drop 20lbs
 - I'll accomplish this by following the RP nutrition app (90% meal adherence) for 12 weeks. This should put me down about 10-15lbs. After this first 12 weeks, I'll go into maintenance phase for a month then I'll do another cut which should get me to my goal in sometime in the summer.

2) Floss 5x a week
 - I suck a flossing so I'm going to stack this flossing habit along with my morning routine of brushing my teeth.

3) Stretch 2x a week
 - I'll accomplish this by stacking these sessions on to two workouts per week. This can be as simple as a 5 minute legs only routine or as complex as a P90x yoga session.
