Distractions (#36)

As people succeed, options and the number of decisions increase because more opportunities come their way. Time becomes more and more of a precious and scarce resource. Focus becomes increasingly critical, especially in an atmosphere of news always at our finger tips, urgent e-mails, and the shiny thing over there.
Say no to distractions since you need that time to spend on the list of primary tasks. See recommendation to create a list of primary and secondary tasks from April 7 (#14).  You deserve to feel less restricted and in control by having a plan.
