‘Productive’ people may think they are productive because they are doing, doing, doing. Studying and adjusting the process must take place to increase productivity; productivity defined as getting more output from the level of activity. Find out what you and the team determine to be limiting factors that may be holding things up. Efficiency and output for yourself and the team will improve when you engage the team’s brains along with their hands.
