Even with a launch meeting and the annual goals listed out in a one pager, many initiatives die right after they begin. E-mails and meetings bring up urgent items and easily distract. To ensure the items listed on the one page progress as needed, conduct weekly ‘speed checks’ to review current activities. Keep the momentum by using this as a process for accountability, repeatedly.
Shoot me an email at CultivatedClarity@hey.com and I will send you a template your team can use to conduct a very useful weekly meeting.
