Jackie, Dane, Alfa, Cruz

Jackie (35) is cruising in her career. Her pattern design business jaykaiy.com continues to grow and she parlayed her fashion design skills into a new position as Director of E-commerce & Technical Design at Jamesstreetco.com, a women-owned, women-run luxury knitwear brand. Unsurprisingly, or perhaps surprisingly, she is also the go-to-tech-guru for the company.

Dane (32) and Jackie celebrated their 10th year wedding anniversary––a Dane and a Swede can get along, who knew? While exploring multiple dimensions in his own films and XR projects, Dane has taken on a new position at RadioWest as the filmmaker-in-residence. In this reality, he continues to teach VR Cinema at Utah Valley University to enthusiastic film students. 

Alfa (7) is full of personality despite missing seven teeth. She is highly creative and loves drawing. When not making mischief, Alfa makes movies with her little brother. You can watch what they’ve created this year:

Cruz (5) is getting a grasp on the family languages of Swedish–Danish-English. His obsession with cars only continues to grow––and now includes Monster Trucks after a trip to the Utah State Fair. Naturally, Legos are his newfound passion. While he is the leader of the drama department at home, Cruz is also chief charmer.
