Dave Ramsey's 'Total Money Makeover' book has been around for 20+ years.  I have purchased at least three different copies.  I have gotten started and stopped a half dozen times and never finish following through. 

Life gets in the way or I get in the way of life.

Starting the steps again and sticking to it this time.  I am confident about it this time around.  Why?  I have a partner that is just committed as me.  Together we will be unstoppable.

Steps:�

Step 1 is COMPLETE.
Step 2 in Progress - We are going to be here for a bit.  Not too long, just a bit.
We are starting with paying off the smallest debt and working our way to the biggest debt.  All along we will be adding the payments used to pay off smaller ones and adding them to the bigger payments.  As DR calls it, the Debt Snowball.  We have four debts, aside from the mortgage, that total a little over 25K.  The majority of that is our 2017 Toyota Rav 4.  

Working on the schedule and timeline for completion now.  I will post when finished.
