Did they come to pass ?
No: Nobody that I'm aware of - besides me, talk about websites comming to an end. I was pretty sure AI and chatbots would have been further along by now, but I guess that still remains to be seen.
Well: AI are by the end of 2024 very integerated into search engines, including Google. So did they take over the scene, no - but they are def. there in such a way that searching isn't our 2023 type algo or index setup.
No: Millennials and Zoomers have not yet made the impact on work/life balance to call it a revolution.
And my favorite topic: Universal Basic Income - i was going to write no, but then this happened, so YES:

UBI is a solution to a growing problem, when we turn down the mass-production dail, and jobs start to disappear - in the form we are used to look at jobs...
SO... that concludes 2024.
Onwards to 2025
- International talk about AI regulations has begun, mostly fuled by the fact that AI will become so powerfull and controlled by corporations that "we" as common people not in charge, do not trust.
- Quantum Computing will continue to grow and new computing power that are tenfold current possibilities will propell develpoment in all areas, setting off an arms race between China and US - leaving EU to figure from whom to buy or develop our selves.
- A new set of SoMe platforms emerge where distributed control is at the heart. Idea's that was once the basis of blogs...
- One or more climate positive discoveries make the future look brighter, altough the 2030 deadlines and other pre 2025 deadlines are no longer within reach.
