When it comes to help people and projects, please don't count the score.

You are giving your time because you can help people that will be able to help people later on. You give your time to projects because they mean something to you and your community.

By doing this, you are able to create a default behavior, and set expectations where people will understand the giving opportunity ahead.

The world can be much better if we play with abundance instead of scarcity.
The world can be much better if we play with pay it forward instead of pay back.
