Hi everyone,
Last week, like every first week of the month, I got to sit down with each of our directors one-on-one and get their updates and challenges as we grow in Student Success Agency to create a platform our students and educators love.
We, as a team, are constantly dealing with the growing pain of doing more with less. I always get jazzed up by how much our team cares and how much they want to do. I often get discouraged with myself because I cannot meet their needs from a financial perspective. I always have to let them know that it will take more time, more patience, and us to do less for now.
We are very capital efficient organization and I am proud of it. I do think it will lead us in the right direction long term.
