Well over the past week I've had hope because I got the first shot of the Covid 19 vaccine and it's truly amazing how much it makes me feel like life is truly starting to return back to normal. Of course watching the number of cases on the east coast of the US and other metropolitan areas start increasing again because of variants concerns me but for now... I'm happy this is moving forward and can't wait to get back on airplanes to visit my customers for work.

Unfortunately with that hope came the next mass shooting here in the US in Boulder CO. This of course started the debate about gun rights and the 2nd amendment again. The US is currently broken. That's the only way to currently describe our country. We're restricting the right to vote but at the same time refuse to restrict other rights. We're a country at odds with ourselves and it needs to stop or the country is doomed.
