Well today I was finally able to schedule an appointment for the first vaccine shot against Covid-19. Yay! For once having a defective heart comes in handy.

Now onto bigger and better things... I saw a post on Linkedin today about the Vasa ship that sunk in the 1600s off the coast of Sweden. It brought back some great memories of my trip there in 2019 and I can't wait to get back on airplanes and start flying again to visit customers and to vacation. The vaccine will certainly help with that. The most impressive thing about the Vasa was the engraving detail on the back of the boat. The way the wood was carved and formed with intricate details to try and make an imposing figure of a boat to scare away other ships was simply breathtaking.
