Crypto Arbitrage (the opportunity is real)

Crypto Arbitrage Is HUGE.png

I've been thinking about how to make money. Yeah, I've got my business, but one also thinks outside the box, right? Thinking maybe I should do this or I should do that. But one thing that really comes to me is how a lot of people, very slowly, in a consistent, resilient manner, make money on arbitrage trading. I know two people who do this. I cannot mention the countries, it'll just give them away. But they do it, and they are from essentially the poor parts of the country in which they are, and $10 goes a long way.

So they make about $50 to $70 a day, and remember, they have very limited income. So they're doing crypto arbitrage. They're buying dollars and converting them or buying euros and converting them to USDC or USDT and selling it on Binance P2P, and then they are paying out in their local currency. What they do sometimes does not constitute legal because they are small-time people who are engaged in day-to-day trading and trying to make a living for themselves. They don't have the money to go and get licenses, et cetera. But in a country where $10 goes a long way, for the day, they make $70, $80, $100, sometimes even $140 a day, and that's serious money for them. They shampoo, rinse, repeat. They do this a couple of times, and they make good money.

Now, some of them wish they had maybe a Canadian license that they could buy. By the way, we sell Canadian licenses in case you didn't know. But if they could buy a Canadian license and work with MSB friendly banks, et cetera, their output would be much, much higher. They can do crypto arbitrage. They can do it in a consistent manner in a named account that they have, and keep doing it again and again. Sure, they'll have to think about taxes and where they incorporate.

But having said that, and I would call them the most resilient entrepreneurs that I know on Earth, if such folks had access to, like I said, a named account where we have some MSB friendly banks, and they had their own MSB license either in Canada or a money transmitter license in one of the states in the US or something of that nature, if their licensing was taken care of, they could do a whole lot. It's a very interesting market if you get into it. You have to be very careful because you will get scammed. I got scammed, and I was super careful. Others get scammed, and you get scammed again and again. But once you figure it out and you play within the guardrails and the controls that you have put in place, there's definitely money to be made.
