I am writing this blog post while in the hotel at the Auckland airport before our departure back to the US on 4/27/25. 🇳🇿
We had another amazing adventure across three (!) Ao/NZ islands and look forward to returning in December. This visit was even more fun since we were able to share some of our favorite places with friends ... and find some new ones together. 🤗
We stayed in 35+ places and drove almost 12k km / 7200 mi. We went to Christchurch 6 times which was unusual but worked out just fine. Lots to do and lots of kite flying in Christchurch! 🪁
This will probably be my last post until we head to the UK in June. We look forward to seeing family and friends while we are in the US until then. Thank you for following our journey and staying in touch along the way. ❤️ 🤍 💙
