30 Day Challenge - Day 4

Today I’m reminded of the importance of rest for psychological and physical health.  It is day 3 of a 6 day break for me and I am relishing in the rest and the opportunity to do nothing and enjoying both the mental and physical break.

I often feel guilty doing nothing - we are almost conditioned today that if we’re not doing “something”, even in our leisure time, we are wasting it. But I am relishing in doing nothing, even if I do still feel a little guilty - a mindset that’s hard to break. 

I am getting back into doing jigsaws as I’m keen to do activities that don’t involve looking at a screen - it’s been harder to think of such activities than I thought, something I will be reflecting on more in the near future.

And my phone reminder worked a treat today!
