Plans Submitted for New Apartment Development on Beach Road, Portballintrae
Plans have been submitted to Causeway Coast & Glens Borough Council to demolish existing structures and construct four apartments at 65 & 65a Beach Road, Portballintrae.
The proposal includes improvements to access, new site access, parking provision, additional storage sheds, and a bin store.
The site, located northeast of Portballintrae Harbour on Beach Road, offers uninterrupted north-coast views.
The application will be reviewed by the Council's planning committee in the coming months.
The applicant is - PBT Residential Ltd.
