This week has been manic; as lockdown eases and people get back to looking for offices, enquiries is up at my coworking space.  I am trying to do six people jobs all because I hant raised the finance to scale the business properly.  I have a team of four but still lacking a salesperson, facilities manager, finance director and others.  

The rent from the landlord doesn't ease, and the competition has millions to build a new building and provide better resources. Aghh!!!

I have one superpower, however. I will out care them all. I can't imagine anyone can care more about their customers than we do. 

To my friends and colleagues needing my time, help, advice, references, money, filming, and I've said no to a meeting, forgive me!  I am not my usual self with space in the calendar. For the next 90 days, I am focused on Impact Brixton. 

I am raising funding, building a bar, hiring, launching a podcast, creating a crypto course, learning about trading, growing our membership to 300 members. 

I am not busy; I am focused—If you have missed me, catch up with me after 19.00 on Fridays, my only downtime.  

Otherwise, wish me luck, and I will be back.
