I pride myself to be one of the most responsive people I know. I respond fastest to emails—texts, WhatsApps and all other notifications that come into my life.
How? By keeping an inbox(screenshot above) zero all the time and not responding to everyone. Most emails don't need a response, yet they bait us into responding and wasting our time. It's often informational purpose, selling, or some person trying to hit your nerve and make you care about something they care about. If I've not responded, it means I don't care! Sorry, not sorry! Lol
Why is responsiveness a good habit.... It's the single most significant factor in sales. When your buyer wants to buy from you, that's the best time to sell, not when they are not ready. When your friend needs you there is nothing more powerful than being there when they need you most. Always make space for what's important.
I am always there; I don't always care. If you send me an email or a text and I've not responded, it means I don't think it's essential to either of us, doesn't need a response, or I don't care enough!
