Fr. Graham Hill C.Ss.R.

September 29, 2025

In the hush between breath and thought, we listen.

I’m often asked to share my homilies, and until now, I’ve hesitated—believing that the words spoken are meant for the particular congregation before me. But recently, I’ve been encouraged to offer some of these reflections to a wider community, in the hope that they might speak to others as well.

These homilies are rooted in the deep soil of Christian tradition, and offer a contemplative pause in a noisy world. Woven with poetic language and shaped by prayerful reflection, each message is an invitation to draw the heart into deeper encounter with the mystery of faith.

The first reflection will arrive tomorrow— on the Feast of St. Jerome, the memorial of Venerable Alfred Pampalon, CSsR, and the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation in Canada.
A day, like this space, where memory meets hope, and silence listens for the sacred.
