If you don’t sell, you won’t eat.

The first two questions I ask budding entrepreneurs are:
“Who is your customer?“ 
“Why do they buy?”

Actually the first two questions I'll ask you are:
“What’s your idea?”
“Why do you want to commit your life to it?”

After you answer those introductory questions I want to know about your customers, about your go-to-market strategies, and how you’re going to sell. And I do mean, how are YOU going to sell? In the early days, sales can't be outsourced or delegated. You need to sell. 

Creating paying customers should be the first and foremost thought in your mind as you plan a new business.
