New things matter

Recently, I've tried so many new things—more than I could have imagined. Let's call them out:

First
Bought a KTV mic for my small room—it's WAY better than I thought. Also, got an electric kettle at 25% off—no-brainer, instant buy!

Second
Completed several tasks in one day:

Haircut
Shopping
Gas refilling
Visited a new coffee shop, had two cups, and bought another one. The barista advised waiting for a month for the best flavor. I had never heard this before, but it improved my coffee experience significantly.

Third
Rearranged my desk and chair—now I can move my legs freely, and it feels much better! Also, shifted electric devices to more sensible positions, greatly improving daily life.

Fourth
Treated myself to a fantastic massage for NT$900, lasting 60 mins. The massager was nice, despite not being very positive about his life. Feeling sore but expecting improvement in a few days. Plan to repeat in 2 weeks.

Fifth
Indulged in a great meal at a famous steak shop—not cheap, but affordable once a month. Realized I should use the MRT to explore more food options.

There are more, but no need to list them all. My girlfriend went to South East Asia for two weeks, and I could have been unhappy or lonely. Surprisingly, spending money on new and great experiences made me happy. Not in luxury, but genuine joy.

Thanks for the "Do it now" tips. Perhaps because it's summer vacation, many graduates need encouragement, and I've personally found immense benefit from this advice!

Pretty sweet, huh?
