DUDE, YOU’RE NOT GONNA REMEMBER.
There’s too many dad-gum things happening in your life for you to remember everything you need to do just by thinking about it.
You need a system to help you fulfill what your heart longs to do but forgets to do.
What works for me is to create a set of mental trigger prompts that help me transfer my thoughts from my brain to my inbox.
For this lesson, you'll need a pen and paper or a space to type out your thoughts.
The activation is simple: if something is on your mind and feels incomplete in some way, write it down. Then add the list of things you wrote down to your inbox.
Use this list of mental triggers, called a Mind Sweep, to prompt any open loops.
Read the prompts and see if anything comes to mind. If nothing does, just keep moving.

- Are there any projects that are on my mind but not in my task manager?
- Are there any projects I want to do, but not now? Have I added them to my someday/maybe list?
My Someday/Maybe List
A "someday/maybe" list is a landing spot for all the things you might want to do someday... maybe… If I choose to do them now, but I want to remember them for later, do I have a trusted location where I can put the idea and a calendar date to remind myself when to look at that list again?
