I like this a lot and I don’t have a huge amount to add, other than perhaps these thoughts.
There are a lot of potential features offered up here. Triaging development priority is hard. Something like the Kano model can help you sift between delighters, must have, and could have features.
Each feature we develop is an opinion about how we think the world should be. We should tie each to a specific hypothesis about what positive change that feature will enable for the user.
Lastly, llms now offer an ability to prototype much more quickly. I am working on a POC with an llm and I may well go back now and spin out a branch to create a mobile friendly view, just to see how easy that might be.
