Some interesting take aways:
the four skills most under represented globally were:
- planning and ways of working
- communication
- understanding digital systems
- software use and development
Many skills ranked well with education, but some were anti-correlated, e.g. humility.
There is some rich insight in this short report, it is well worth having a look at.
