Today was interesting. I felt how the urge to finish my task fast kept me from enjoying the walk. It felt long and endless. Until, not sure when, my mindset switched to just walking instead of finishing the walk. When I let go of the need to "achieve", it all became much more enjoyable. Kinda like I was floating. It also let me focus on my breathing and posture, on walking well, instead of moving fast. How interesting. 

Today was day 5, the header is the number of km left.
