Munich (2005)
While it doesn’t drag, its nearly three-hour running time is on the verge of being absurd.
Some of its conclusions don’t exactly provide comfort – for example, it took the death of 9 of the 11 original targets, and a number of others, (and the realization that he and his family might be targeted) for the main character, Avner, to really come around to questioning what he’d done, and what utility it served.
The hump scene remains baffling. Imagine being the girl when that happens. Traumatizing.
