A busy period for amending EHS & HR laws in the UK at the end of 2024. We added 54 new laws some of which come into force in 2025. As for the month of December forty (40) new laws came into effect. Notably the Aviation Safety (Amendment) Regulations 2024 1290, the Producer Responsibility Obligations (Packaging and Packaging Waste) Regulations 2024 1332 and the Employment Tribunal Procedure Rules 2024 1155.
