Why vs What

What will you do when you feel down?

- Talk it out to friends, partner, colleagues?
- Get guidance from mentors?
- Exercise?
- Clean the house?
- Take a step back and write down your goals, give yourself some motivation?
- Travel?
- Game/TV, shut down your brain
- Make new plans?
- Search online on what would other people do?

What do you do when you feel something is missing in your life?

- Think harder to find of what is missing?
- Go to your goal checklist?
- List out things that you are excited about?

How about why? Why you feel down or feel sth is missing, it is more important than what to do.

Find yourself, before you find out what to do.
