Where is Your Line?

To anyone currently in support of, or who is tolerating the Trump Administration's disregard for due process in arresting and deporting people it doesn't like, please ask yourself this question:

Where is your line?

The administration thus far has sent to concentration camps here in the U.S. and abroad:
- non-US citizens who are undocumented, and arrived here without proper clearance
- non-US citizens who have arrived here through legal means

The administration has arrested and detained multiple United States citizens.

So where is YOUR line? At what point would you say things have gone too far?

Arresting and deporting any non-citizen, legal or not?

Arresting and detaining US citizens?

Arresting your friends or family?

Arresting you?

If you don't draw the line before all of the above, then ask yourself these:

1. Do you feel like Trump would actually stop at where you drew your line? If so, why?

2. What actual mechanisms are in place to stop him from proceeding beyond what you think is too far?

And lastly,

3. What is your plan if your assumptions are wrong, and Trump does goes too far?
