It's also a commitment to sharing the raw, unfiltered process of building tech, not just what we ship, but how we think, enhance and evolve. Last year, I stepped into a new role as CTO of Growcreate. A role that also gives me the freedom of thinking, researching new tech stacks and evolving the way we do software development. This blog is about the daily challenges I face, both personally and as a team, from both technical and personal perspectives. 

In my honest opinion, the best ideas come from friction between teams, technologies, and different ways of thinking. I’ve spent years in the trenches of .NET, Umbraco, and Optimizely, and that will never finish.
