You guys know just how much I love technology. I’m always trying to figure out a way to make my life just a little bit easier.

Over the last couple of years, we’ve all been hearing about AI and how much it’s changing things. I wanted to talk to you directly about it because it’s had such a profound impact on my own life and work, especially over the last couple of months.

I figured out how to make AI not only answer questions for me, but actually do practical work that impacts my day to day life.

I built a digital assistant around the work I already do. Right now, my AI helps me:

• turn Zoom transcripts into assigned meeting to-dos

• build Google Sheets for script notes and VFX shots

• handle life admin, like ordering groceries and adding things to my Amazon cart

• structure YouTube videos and create thumbnails

• fill out weekly timecards and send them to the accountants

• schedule calls, send Zoom links, and add events to my basecamp calendar

• keep a working memory of my projects, goals, and the way I like to work

My Ai always has a full context about me, so our conversations never start from zero. 

It’s been really wild to see how far AI has come within the last year.

These things are profoundly helpful, and they’ve made me think differently about what AI is actually for. It isn’t necessarily meant to replace judgment or taste because at the end of the day, I’m still steering the ship.

My experience with AI has given me the ability to protect my time in a way I didn’t know how to before.

So I built a brand-new website using Claude Code in less than three hours. Normally, that would have meant days or weeks of trying to use Squarespace or one of those other website builders.

So I say all that to say, I’m opening five pilot slots for a 90-minute AI Workflow Session for filmmakers and creative professionals.
