Still a Happy HEY Customer

I've been using HEY since it first launched back in June 2020 and I can't imagine going back to Gmail or another email platform. I rarely stress about email anymore and if my unseen emails start to pile up, it has never taken me more than 30 minutes to an hour to get sort through them all using Reply Later, Set Aside, bundling, etc. HEY's feature set has only continued to get richer since the launch when I wrote my original review. I still think it's well worth the $99 a year, and now with HEY World launch, that's even more true for me.

I love writing and I've written for various publications, but I've always struggled to keep up with my own blog. I tried with Wordpress and wrote a couple of posts, then last year I got off Wordpress and wrote my website from scratch using Publish, a static-site built for Swift developers. I still love Publish and my new site, but I still couldn't get motivated enough to write regular blog posts. 

Now with HEY, I just have to write an email! I don't have to think about formatting, markdown, deploying or posting, etc. I just write an email to world@hey.com and press send. I think this new feature has incredible potential to make blogging easier and more accessible. I've been on Twitter less and less lately, but I used to love Tweetstorming my thoughts, now I can just share my thoughts with you all through HEY World.

I'm excited to use this space to share updates, ideas, random thoughts about tech, iOS, Swift, fitness, reading and anything else that comes to mind. 🎉
