Our Mexico adventures have begun! We spent the last two months in rainy, dark Seattle so it’s been fantastic to come down to Guadalajara and feel the sun rays beaming every morning.
Our itinerary for this trip is fairly fluid day to day but we do have tickets booked all the way back to California.

- Jan 18 to Feb 2: Guadalajara (we're here now). Good food, great markets. We're also trying to learn some Spanish to make the rest of our travels more fun.
- Feb 2 to Feb 17: Oaxaca. Also good food (there's a pattern here) and hopefully more outdoor activities.
- Feb 17 to Mar 2: Merida. Close to the beach and also in the Yucatan peninsula.
- Mar 2 to Mar 17: CDMX (Mexico City). Metropolis - should be a nice place to enjoy cafes and nice parks.
After our Mexico travels, we're headed over to Austin, TX (17th Mar to 21st) to meet with some friends. This unintentionally coincides with SXSW so *maybe* we'll see some things? And THEN, it's off to San Diego to begin a mini-roadtrip up the CA 101 to a wedding which serves as a nice capstone event for this trip.
