For nine months, I have been working with my peak productive workspace setup: Kitty terminal (for tiling my CLIs), Kakoune as IDE, taskwarrior, timewarrior, todotxt, homemade pomodoro timer, an expansive of alias, etc. The theme here is keyboard-centric workflow. My Vivaldi and Chromium browsers even have Vimium C for full keyboard webpage navigation.
The setup above took me a week or so to become fully functional. I felt pretty good about it. Though I never measure my "performance" in any meaningful way to decide if I got a boost in productivity out of this setup, I certainly FELT awesome working in them. Feeling matters.
Now. One week in and I am still setting up my next productivity-improving setup! This time is going super hardcore on the keyboard-centric part, using i3 Window Manager as my desktop environment in a bare Sparky. Everything is tiled. Super customizable shortcut keys. Very few mouse clicks. Here we go.
Couple more days of unproductiveness to squeeze out more productivity. I better stick with my Manjaro now to do some real work first.
