Everything in life is created twice. Once in your mind and then in your reality.
I have always struggled speaking in front of a group or a crowd.
But recently I have started practising the flow to nut out the key messaging. First writing the flow of the speech / presentation on paper and then using that to visualise the settings and how that moment will feel like.
Visualisation is key because it prepares me for the energy, the responses from the audience, the curve balls that will be thrown at me. How it feel like when it prods along fine and how it feels like when the train is off the rails.
Just like how an actor will rehearse their play time and time again.
Simply because, if you can see it, you can do it.
