Starting my own blog has been something I’ve procrastinated for pretty much my entire professional career. 

I always had the urge to share my thoughts, but most of the time they were serendipitous and short-lived, not resisting the usual post creation process from currently established blog platforms (not to mention the initial setup and all the design complexities). 

Then Hey World comes to light. 

A simple, minimalist, mostly white blog page with my face, my name, a post title, the post content, and an email subscription feature, completely out of the box and with no setup required? Allowing me to write posts directly from my convenient email app, just like I did a million times before when emailing drafts to myself?

Yeah, I’M SOLD. Totally and unashamed sold.
