2nd week in Jablonec nad Nisou (Czech Republic).

Our host invited us for a walk in Liberec, the next bigger city nearby Jablonec. We met in the old town in front of the beautiful town hall. The quarter is known for it's few Art Nouveau buildings. We walked a lot through the old town and another neighborhood where several museums were located as well as the botanical garden, which we visited several days later by ourselves. 

I was impressed by a borough with large villas and a quiet neighborhood, the rest was nice. after showing us all these places we went to a bar for Czech beers. It was great to get to know the area by a local resident.   

We arrive slowly in Jablonec. We can't take on too much yet, due to a lack of strength. Like the hike around the lake. After walking 10 km we were physically exhausted. I had a similar experience when we visited the botanical garden. Spending two hours there and some more time in the old town I felt exhausted and had no energy for the next couple of days.
