A week in Brûlon (France). 

This week I am all in into podcasts. And I am obsessed by what Tim Ferriss has to say. It seams he is in a phase of change, as well as I am. This is, I think, the reason why I am like a sponge and get every inside from him I can get. So, we can call it the Tim Ferriss Week. 

I know it will pass, like so many other things I am into. After a period of time, when I commit full to something and I try to get the most out of it, it changes and my mind and my interests switch to a different topic. But I am quiet sure I will come back to his podcast. I like it when he is personal and open about himself. I admire such amount of vulnerability. Maybe I will also reach this kind of openess someday. 

An interest talk. I liked most the part at the end where Tim talks about his suicide attempt and sexual abuse and how he dealt with it years later.

Horses can show you who you are. They are instinctive and pure with their behaviour. You can not lie to them, they can feel how you are in the very moment. 

My wife and I had a chance to have an horse experience, where you are one on one in an round arena with a horse. It was amazing. A very deep experience.
