- SAFe PI Planning Options talks about different ways to do PI Planning, including 2-3 days of remote planning instead of a Big Room Planning session. Provides insights on explaining why investing the time in dedicated planning is worth the investment. Includes agenda options, which is very helpful for lowering the burden / overhead. What I like about this video is how he breaks out the component parts of the planning activity in a way that allows customizing this ritual to organizational needs.
