See where it takes you

Thoughts from listening in on the Andrew Huberman Michael Easter interview recently

He has an interesting framing that Misogi , a hard thing that you do , that well, you dont know if you can actually finish it. because hes saying a lot of people will only do something these days if they know they will finish it. like a goal must have a happy ending.

This really reminds me this thing The Primagen said about projects and the benefits you get along the way in those projects even if you dont finish them. Kind of like the inverse proxy law , like my personal proxy law is , dont rely on proxy measures for success, but maybe sometimes you can, hmm from a , hmm, some kind of a reframing point of view .

Hmm yea also very much like it is the journey not the destination and yea indeed hard work is its own reward too.

And hmm also nicely links up with the concept of play and why I have concluded many times, that play is that primal pleasure, where the stakes are slightly lower and your enjoyment can go through the roof.

So yea, all work no play makes Jack a dull boy. And explore exploit balance, also should influence, from the Misogi point of view, yea don’t try to always keep the end in mind , read fewer books about goals and goal execution. Just see where it takes you. Pun intended !
