• I am loving awareness
• The feeling of love is flowing through my body
• The feeling of love is full of joy and sorrow
• It’s a powerful emotion and can be summoned at any point
• I am crying
• The ideal is to spread love throughout the world
• To lead with love, to connect with oneself and love others
• To radiate as you walk, to be steady at a rock, to sit in the seat of one’s self
• Wow.
This is the feeling. This is the reason that I start crying when I hear examples of pure love. It’s the most powerful emotion, the most raw one, and everyone deserves it. This is either through being loved by another person or at least first loving oneself. This is the most fundamental spiritual journey.
How is your relationship with yourself?
When you see something so pure and feel something so strong it stimulates a strong emotion within you.
Love is a feeling that comes within, it’s not given to us. We harness it and it gets attached to “things”.
The best of all, when you have this realisation, that love is not attached to one thing, and that it’s temporary attachment, then you can harness that power and use it as motivation. Yes, your love will still be attached to that past object, but that object is just a symbol, it’s a totem. You’re destined for bigger and better things. The sorrow or joy you feel now, harnessed in the correct way can be re-diverted into positive energy, superpower motivation to kick on, be better, look better, act better, learn, improve, evolve.

This was written, more poured, in my Apple Notes on 21/01/25 in Vietnam whilst listening to 'I Am Loving Awareness' by Ram Dass. Not intended to be shared at all, but with time I now feel like it needs to be. No idea why, but here we are. Toodles xoxoxo.
