Saw Something
Transformer Explainer is one of those rare visual tools that actually makes the architecture click. It runs a live GPT-2 small model right in the browser and walks you through embeddings, multi-head attention, the MLP, and how next-token probabilities get shaped by temperature and sampling. You can type your own prompt, hover over attention maps, and watch the QKV path without another wall of architecture essays. Georgia Tech built it, and it finally puts a real picture behind the transformer talk that usually stays abstract.

TypeSafe's Introducing System One Models & Jev is about a really different kind of model than the chat LLMs we are all drowning in right now. Jev takes unstructured state and returns bounded typed answers (Choice, Score, Noul) with calibrated probabilities, built for fast, cheap semantic judgment you can drop into gates and routing. It is not a prose generator. Think of it more like a frontier-intelligence function call your code can actually branch on, without parsing a paragraph and hoping the format holds.
Heard Something
Sexy Magic from Grand Theft Auto VI: The Album has been living completely rent-free in my head for a few days now. CA7RIEL & Paco Amoroso, PinkPantheress, Fred again.., and Etienne de Crécy on one track is just an absurd credit stack that somehow totally works, all that sticky Vice City energy packed into about three minutes. It is one of the six singles Atlantic and Rockstar dropped ahead of the November album, and I keep catching myself restarting it. If you need one GTA VI soundtrack teaser stuck on loop, this is mine.
